I can't say enough good things about Scott Family Orthodontics. I became their patient since they were Ellingson Paxton Orthodontics and the hospitality and excellence they provide has not change under the new name and new owner. The reward system is so generous and awesome to encourage patients to take care of their teeth, be on time and on schedule. I will definitely reccommend this place to anybody looking for great orthodontic treatment. Thank you SFO!!

This was our first experience at an orthodontist. My daughter gets very nervous with dental things and requires a little extra patience. All of the staff was SUPER kind and patient! It was a great experience!

Dr. Scott and his team have been so helpful through our journey of 3 kids, all with very different needs. They pay attention to the details of each individual and make the experience great for the kids. I highly recommend them!

Our family has had a great experience here. We appreciate how great the whole team works together. Our kids have always felt at ease. From the very first appointment to getting a Herbst appliance placed, to braces, and finally retainer follow up we felt informed through the whole journey. If we had to do it over again I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Scott has been amazing! He really cares about his patients. He takes the time to really explain everything and go over options. I'm really happy with the care he gave my son and his smile has turned out to be beautiful!
This is the best orthodontic office. Dr Scott and staff are all fabulous. The only airway orthodontist in the Spokane area. My daughter just completed phase 1 and she is already sleeping better. The results have been so great that my youngest child is going to be starting the same phase 1 treatment in a couple weeks. Dr Scott is so knowledgeable and just an all around great guy. I can’t say enough good things about this office. Highly recommend!
I have been so pleased with the whole practice. Everyone has been incredibly nice and helpful. They answer all my questions and take my concerns seriously. They are making it as easy as can be to go through the not so fun experience of expanding/braces/tongue tie in my older kiddo. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Dr. Scott and his staff. The ladies at the front desk are always patient and kind and the hygienists are so sweet and professional towards my children. I know gave my 3rd child there as a patient and I appreciate the way Dr. Scott communicates with us and his considerate approach to achieve results.
