The team at EP is extremely easy to work with and provides excellent customer service. Having braces 15+ years ago, I came back when needing a replacement retainer and found them to be extremely accommodating and happy to make sure I was taken care of. They really make you feel part of the family and the service is unmatched in my opinion.
